Native wild quail are abundant most years here on the ranch. We vary the number of hunts we offer each fall and winter with the quantity of the hatch each summer. For great wing shooting, hunters will enjoy our rolling prairie or croplands. The more adventurous hunter can experience truly spectacular shooting in the timber along the ranch's many streams. We guarantee you will find some of the finest native quail hunting in the Midwest here on the Hashknife.
Quail season opens November 15 and ends January 31. We offer several different hunting packages. Please contact us for options and pricing. We will provide guides and dogs if you wish; you may use your own dogs if you prefer. We provide kennels for guests' dogs.
Doves
Each September millions of doves migrate through
Kansas. The southern grasslands of the state are widely known for
outstanding dove hunting, and because of its abundant cropland and
many miles of running water, the ranch offers some of the best dove
hunting to be found anywhere in the country.
We offer dove hunts on the Hashknife each
